my take: because there is a bigger focus on the cinematography as opposed to how many tricks are in the segment. By shifting the emphasis like this, it creates a different "feel" or aesthetic if you will...

Personally I enjoy these kinds of segments more but I also enjoy hardcore trick segments as well. Depends on the mood really...

feeling the PREFUSE_73 track. I think the music fits the mood and cinematography. Bikes, Fall weather, PREFUSE_73. oh jeah! nice.
