http://vimeo.com/1786872 no fucking around here... this is chad degroot, my boss. he shreads bmx and is a world champion flatland rider, seems like everyone on here would be into his style. check 1:20, he does a wild nose manual and grabs a pole like the dude in this video.
and i will no longer post totally in the dark, i will go by farva.
thnx for the link! The nose manual to pole was sweet but damn if some of those other nose manuals were not just plain sick.(the whole video is pretty fucking awesome actually) The Death Pedal video had some riders pulling nose manuals and a few other flatland tricks. IMO it just goes to show how much BMX is influencing the fixed side of things...
btw, since you work for Chad Degroot maybe you can answer this question for me. Back when I first moved here, I still rode a 20 and some guys I knew back then took me to a spot on Par st underneath the I-4 underpass. It was a tight little transition but it was fun to ride. These guys told me your boss actually made this little spot under cover of night a long time ago. Any truth to that? Its like an Orlando Urban legend. Been ages since I cruised by there, dunno if its even still there...
yeah, me made it, he is also responsible for the maitland quarters in front of the old hilton off of maitland blvd. rideable. he cut off the rails on the ground in front. the concreted spot is referred to as par4.
